It made him make a very cute, but incredibly sad face!

Anniversary

We celebrated our third anniversary today!  We spent the whole day together, and had a nice candlelit dinner tonight.  The food was delicious, and the service was spectacular, thanks to our fantastic waiter!

Two Months!

Ben is two months old today!  He had his checkup on Wednesday, and he was 13lbs. 11 oz. and 24" tall.  He's growing so fast!  

But he's still so small.

• He still likes sleeping, but he's awake for much longer during the day now!
• He smiles pretty easily now, though most often in the morning still

• He loves playing "This Little Piggy Went to Market"
• He's started noticing his toys more, and will occasionally try to touch them

• He takes real baths now!  He doesn't love them, but he doesn't hate them.  He's... neutral.

• He "talks" up a storm!  We can hardly get a word in sometimes :)
• After he learned to smile, he learned to pout

• He still likes shoulders

• He likes to be propped up to sit, he doesn't like laying flat unless he's sleeping.
• He's still sleeping well, and will probably be moving to the crib soon, since he's getting so big.
• He doesn't like being on his tummy too much, unless it's on one of us.  But his head and neck are very strong, he's not nearly as wobbly anymore.

We love you, Ben!  Happy Two Months to the sweetest little boy I know!
